Ethnik Learning and Entrepreneurship Program (ELEP)
The Ethnik Learning and Entrepreneurship Program (ELEP) is a dynamic initiative designed to inspire creativity, build practical skills, and empower youth and adults from diverse backgrounds to explore new opportunities. Through hands-on arts education, interactive workshops, practical training, and mentorship, ELEP equips participants with the knowledge, confidence, and tools to develop their talents, pursue creative careers, and explore entrepreneurship.
The program offers learning experiences across various creative disciplines, encouraging participants to discover their potential, express themselves, and transform their interests into meaningful opportunities. Eligible participants who successfully complete the program and meet the required participation criteria receives complimentary course materials and training equipment valued at up to $1,000. These resources are provided to support continued learning and creative development of our students beyond the classroom.
Beyond skills development, ELEP fosters personal growth, cultural expression, and pathways to further education, employment, and entrepreneurship.
